About Steven Dillard

I'm an Associate Broker with REMAX in Prattville, AL serving Prattville, Montgomery, Millbrook, Wetumpka, Deatsville, Pike Road and surrounding areas. I've worked for REMAX since 2008 and have helped hundreds of clients BUY and SELL real estate. Before joining REMAX, I spent two years at smaller independent real estate companies. I'm from Shorter, AL (about 40 miles from Prattville) and moved here in 1998. Before becoming an agent I spent 20 years on active duty with the Army beginning as a Private in 1982 and retiring as a Major in 2004. I also served as the senior ROTC instructor at Bullock County High School in Union Springs, AL. I absolutely love being a real estate agent and especially helping people find their dream home. Whether you are a first time home buyer wanting to learn the basics of real estate or someone who has purchased a home before my objective is to make sure the home buying process is stress free and enjoyable. If you're looking to sell your home for top dollar I can show you how my marketing will attract the most qualified buyers to your home. I've lived in different parts of the United States as well as overseas in Korea and Germany so I understand the many facets of moving and finding that perfect home in a new area you may not be familiar with. I've got plenty of experience assisting military personnel as well to realize all their benefits available. Regardless of occupation or status I provide a complete service of everything you will need to purchase or sell your next home. I'm looking forward to eventually meeting you in person when you are ready to begin this fun and exciting process.
