About Robin Davies

My name is Robin Davies. I have lived in the Prattville area since 1995 and am originally from Pass Christian, Mississippi. I enjoy participating in 5k benefit runs here in our area and in other areas as well. I am currently serving as an Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce in Prattville helping welcome new businesses and promote growth in our area, the Prattville Small Business Committee and the Millbrook Marketing Committee. I enjoy cooking, with desserts being a specialty of mine. I am married to David Davies, a native of Prattville. David received his real estate license in 2015 and we have teamed up together to Connect Buyers and Sellers With Their Future. We have two wonderful daughters - Alexis and Brittney, and a granddaughter, Harlee. I began my real estate venture in late 2006 while working full time. I attended classes at night and upon passing the exam in November, I decided that if I was going to work full time it was going to be at something that I enjoyed, was passionate about and could thrive at. In 2007, I attained my multi-million dollar producer status. I accomplished the goal I set for myself and will continue to aspire to greater things. Even during the volatile market we have been experiencing, I am pleased to report that I have been able to maintain my multi-million dollar producing status each year. In 2009, I assisted in the opening of a brand new franchise with Exit Realty Preferred. In March of 2011, I decided it was time to go out on my own, so I have now opened Realty Connection. What I consider to be the most innovative and soon to be fastest growing realty company in our area as Realty Connection has grown to 8 agents since 2014. I hope you are here to enjoy the future with us. It is going to be phenominal! I very much enjoy working with residential as well as investment buyers. I work with buyers and sellers. Both sides are welcomed and sometimes a challenge. When I conquer the challenge is when I feel at the top of my game. My husband and I enjoy flipping homes so I can see the potential in sometimes what is not the cbvious. I am hands on in the flipping process and love every minute of it. I have definitely found my calling - whether buying, fixing, selling, marketing or showing, I am in my element. I strive to be the best I can and work to prove that every day. In addition to representing buyers and sellers in our local market, the connections that I have made over the years throughout the US allows me to assist others who may be moving out of my area. While the local market is where my expertise is, I can easily find someone a competent, responsive, and successful Realtor that is located in the area they are interested in. Whether local or long distance, let me help you with all your real estate needs. I also manage rental properties and currently have a portfolio of over 60 homes and counting!! At this time I manage properties in Prattville, Millbrook, Deatsville, Wetumpka, Eclectic and Montgomery. My criteria is fair, but my goal is to serve my homeowners to the best of my ability. Numerous top monthly awards for Top Sales, Top Listing & Top Overall Agent for my office throughout 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 Received Associate Broker Designation in March of 2009 Became Broker/Owner of Realty Connection March 2011 Named Ambassador of the Quarter for the 4th Quarter of 2008, the 4th Quarter of 2009, the 3rd Quarter of 2012 and the 4th Quarter of 2012 Top Production Agent for 2009 in office Affiliations: Member of Prattville Chamber of Commerce - Currently serving as an Ambassador since 2007 Member of Prattville Small Business Committee Member of the Millbrook Marketing Committee Member of our local Mardi Gras Krewe - Krewe of Athena Served as a JAG Judge in 2010, 2011 & 2013
