In 2000, Julie Smith became a realtor and for the next fifteen years thrived generating over $150M in sales and achieving lifetime membership in the "Multi-Million Dollar Producer Club", a membership in the Etowah County Realtor Association, the National Association of Realtors, Licensed Broker in three states, Alabama,, Tennessee & Florida, Gadsden-Etowah Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year 2019, State Finalist Business Council of Alabama 2019; and Association of Interior Design (ASID). In 2008, Julie earned her broker's license and dreamed of starting her own company. She envisioned an agency that offered so much more than just selling property. In 2015, those dreams became Copperleaf Properties. Combining Julie's love for working with Buyers and Sellers, renovating, staging, design and investment property with the passion to find each client their perfect home makes Copperleaf a real estate company unlike any other in NE Alabama. Julie received her Broker License in the State of Florida and in 2022 she added a Broker's License in Tennessee.
